Mentoring Program
If you are looking to grow a practice in the
field of sport and performance psychology, then the Mentorship
Program may be for you. The Mentorship Program is six months
of unlimited access to Dr. Kays by email, phone, fax, and/or
regular mail. You can meet in person if it is convenient
for both. The fee is $1,500 for the six months. This amount
distinguishes those who are serious about growing their business.
You will find that this investment will be easily recuperated
through more business, greater efficiency, higher fees and
a cash-based service. We can discuss over the phone whether
this program will be right for you. If we decide it is beneficial,
we will move forward with an assessment of your current situation,
goals, values, and areas of focus and expertise. From this
point, we will establish clear mentoring goals. Some clients
call daily, weekly or monthly and some visit and others do
not. The Mentorship Program is designed to assist you in
developing and successfully maintaining a practice and business
in the field of sport and performance psychology. Dr. Kays
will get back to you within 3 hours of a phone call and 24
hours for email correspondence.
The areas we may address include but
are not limited to the following: clinical issues with
athletes; building relationships with teams, coaches and
athletes; marketing and public relations; important keys
to setting up a solid business plan; health insurance positives
and negatives; operations such as invoicing, collecting
receivables; identifying “hot” areas; “getting
in” with athletes, coaches and teams at all levels
of sport; using sport psychology principles in business,
healthcare, and education.
Fee is due in full before the process
will be started. The fee may be paid in installments and
guarantee you a spot on the list, but the actual mentoring
program will not begin until full payment has been received.
You may call a “freeze” at
any point, which means that you can put your program on hold
for a period of time. The fee is non-refundable and no exceptions
will be made.
