MANAGING
PRESSURE IN SPORTS
Managing Emotion and Pressure in Sports is
part of the Mental Toughness Series offered by Athletic
Mind Institute and SuperKick and is designed and delivered
by Todd M. Kays, Ph.D. It is an interactive seminar that
focuses on simple, pragmatic approaches to improve athletic
performance.

This workshop is limited to 40 participants.
We intentionally keep the number of members small to ensure
quality of interaction and education.

Dr. Todd M. Kays is a sport psychologist
and founder of the Athletic Mind Institute. He was the
sport psychologist for the Columbus Crew for five years
and has consulted and/or worked with athletes and coaches
from all different levels of sport, including PGA, LPGA,
MLS, NFL, Ohio State and numerous other colleges throughout
the country. He recently published the “Athlete’s Journal”(2008),
a mental training manual to instill proper “mental
work outs.” Dr. Kays has appeared on radio, television,
and in newspaper, including ESPN, Fox Sports,
Wall Street Journal, New York Post and Columbus Monthly.
