The Elite Mental Prep Course
for High School Student-Athletes is an all-new
program designed and delivered by Todd M. Kays, Ph.D. It
focuses on one of the most ignored, yet important aspects
of athletic success – the mind.
The seminar will teach basic principles
of sport psychology. Dr. Kays will teach student-athletes the
exact mental preparation strategies used by the professional
and college student-athletes with whom he works. This course
consists of four 90-minute sessions over a 4 week time period
and ensures that each student-athlete gain valuable insight
and strategies into their mental performance. The small number
of student-athletes (ONLY 6 STUDENT-ATHLETES IN EACH COURSE)
guarantees energetic interaction and discussion as well as
individual attention. It also allows student-athletes to share
