Interviews
Dr. Kays will post his audio interviews with a top athlete, coach, celebrity, author, parent or inspirational person. Different topics will be addressed depending on the expertise of the professional. Some of the interviews will be conducted to teach mental training strategies of top athletes, how elite coaches best motivate their teams, athletic directors trying to oversee and manage the ever-changing world of student-athletes, or leading authors in the field of psychology demonstrating principles of performance and confidence.
